Thu March 31st 2016

Last week, the Hamilton City Council released a comprehensive decision made by Simon Berry, as sole independent hearing commissioner, to approve a controversial mixed use development on the banks of the Waikato River in Hamilton East. Simon was appointed as sole hearing commissioner to hear and determine the application due to the complexity of the issues raised by the development and its controversial nature.
