Sue Simons and Rachael Steller recently acted for Fletcher Residential which, in a decision released on 18 May, successfully obtained a Plan Variation and Qualifying Development from the Auckland Council for a Special Housing Area in Mangere which will contain 480 houses. The development also provides for public open space and protection of historic heritage sites.
“The developer was very responsive to the sensitivities of the site, which was reflected in the decision and conditions”, says Sue Simons. “We and Fletcher Residential are pleased with the outcome.”
