After her admission as a Barrister and Solicitor in Ontario, Canada, Heather worked in London in professional regulation before moving to New Zealand. Prior to joining Berry Simons, Heather worked as a Hearing Manager with the Environment Court.

Orewa locals claim victory against sea wall proposal

Berry Simons Partner Sue Simons and Associate Kate Storer have successfully defeated an application by Auckland Council to construct a sea wall at Orewa beach, in Auckland.
