Chris is experienced in all areas of Environmental Law. He works on a wide variety of matters, including district and regional planning, consenting, advisory and strategy work and advocacy, for both public and private clients.
He appears at Council Hearings, in the Environment Court, the District Court and in the High Court, and has assisted in matters before the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He also assists clients in alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediation.
With qualifications in both science and law, and a passion for the outdoors, Chris is well placed to assist clients in the environmental space.
