Auckland Council botch up resource consents

Berry Simons was instrumental in obtaining the Environment Court declaration which disagreed with how Auckland Council applied special character rules of the partly operative Auckland Unitary Plan. This has led to Auckland Council having to advise that it has incorrectly granted at least 430 resource consents.
