Consent Determination for Grafton Downs

Grafton Downs and Phoenix Property obtain resource consent to develop a supermarket at the northern end of Paerata Rise.
Sue Simons and Anika Norton successful obtained resource consent for Grafton Downs Limited and Phoenix Property Advisory Limited to establish a supermarket complex, including office and retail area and associated carparking, at 3 Te Rata Boulevard, Pukekohe, commonly known as Paerata Rise.
Paerata Rise is a new build lifestyle community being developed between Karaka and Pukekohe. In April 2022, an application for resource consent was lodged with Auckland Council for a commercial area at the northern end of Paerata Rise to provide for the convenience retail and local services needs of the growing residential community.
In May 2024, by consent of the Environment Court, resource consent was granted to develop the supermarket building and related activities.
